Thankyou for taking the time to return your surveys Summary Patient survey results 250 mailed, 66 surveys returned (26%) Patients responded with overwhelmingly positive marks with overall care being rated excellent by 73% of patients and another 25% marking good to very good. Only one respondent marked poor Individual staff position ratings were highest for EE followed by front desk, assistant, with hygiene getting the least excellents by just a couple with more marks in the good to very good range. Nobody received a poor except EE and Each department received one Fair rating. The question with the least # of the excellent rating was Accuracy of estimated insurance benefits (34% marked excellent) Followed by Ease of understanding monthly statement & balance due (40% marking excellent) All but one respondent would refer a friend and most (85%) had relayed their experience to their GP Overwhelmingly, cost (43%) followed by time(20%) then fear(13%) were the factors that delayed tx for people

Suggestions/Concerns/Negative comments: Administrative staff is lacking i.e. inaccurate processing of insurance forms, when Dr needs to reschedule previously scheduled appointments it is not the pts fault and there is no need to be rude. I need better coordination w my GP so that I can maximize Ins coverage & not get denied coverage Use more suction - too much water Expand discussion of pain control -post op gets very hot in the morning! I had to do allot of calling writing to get the original payment first quoted by your office as to my benefits. They kept claiming they didn’t hear from you. A little light hearted friendliness, Perhaps a little less strained professionalism |
